Product Care

Each product is thoughtfully designed using handpicked materials – most of these are natural textiles – reflecting our dedication to craftsmanship and precision. You can find detailed information about the fabric composition and our care recommendations on the product page for each item.

Returns and exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unworn items in their original condition [unwashed, with packaging and tags attached, with the packaging and tags attached] within 14 days of receipt.

The refund will not include return shipping costs. These costs will always be borne by the customer. 

If you have problems with your order, such as damaged products, defective products, incorrect items or missed deliveries, please contact us.

How to request a return?

Click on the profile icon in the store's navigation or go to the refund policy or returns page in the footer, then request a return.

1. Log in to your account:

1.1 In the "Email" field, enter your email address and then click "Continue."

1.2 Open the email sent from our store in your inbox and copy the six-digit verification code provided.

1.3 Return to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.

2. Click on the order for which you want to request a return.

3. If your order contains more than one item, select the items you wish to return.

4. Select a reason for the return and add a note for the store.

Anhem will review your return request, and you will receive a confirmation email from us afterwards. Please make sure your order is packed in its original box and drop it off at your nearest courier office to send it to:

Once we receive your return, we will verify that the products have not been used and are in their original condition. We will proceed to complete your refund within 3 business days after receiving the return.

Can I make an exchange?

We currently do not offer exchanges. You will need to complete a return first, following the steps in "How do I start a return?". Once the return process is completed, you can place a new order.

When can I expect my refund?

Once the return arrives at our warehouse, we will process it and initiate the refund. We will send you an email once your return package has been received and another confirming that your refund has been processed.

Please contact us if you have waited more than a week after sending your return, and we will be happy to assist you.

If the return policy period expires while your return is in transit, the refund will still be issued once our warehouse inspects it.

Orders and Shipping

Can I edit/cancel my order?

Once your order has been placed, you won't be able to make any changes or cancel it. However, please email us at anhem@anhem.esas soon as possible to see if we can still modify or cancel your order.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number once your order has been packaged at our warehouse. Tracking links usually take 48-72 business hours to update with tracking information.

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping cost is automatically calculated during the checkout process, so you will always see and approve the amount before completing your purchase.

How long does shipping take?

We work hard to package your order as quickly as possible. It usually takes us 1 to 3 business days to pack and ship your order.
Once the order is with our shipping partner, the delivery times are as follows:

  • Spain: 1-4 business days
  • Europe: 5-7 business days
  • Rest of the world: 7-12 business days

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept payments via PayPal and Klarna. When selecting either of these two options at checkout, you will be redirected to their websites to complete your purchase before returning to Anhem.

Are duties and taxes included?

Duties are not included for orders coming from outside the EU.
