Acceptance of general conditions

ANHEM is the commercial name of Witthayu Group S.L. The following terms and conditions of sale regulate access and use of the website anhem.studio [hereinafter, "The Website"] Property of Witthayu Group S.L. [hereinafter, ANHEM].

When visiting the website or using their services or applications, the user accepts these terms and conditions.

To buy products on the website, customers must be at least 18 years old or, if they are minors, be duly authorized by their legal guardian and be consumers, understood as natural persons who act for purposes outside their industry, commerce, commerce, business or profession.

This contract will be formalized in Spanish and will be governed by Spanish legislation in accordance with Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, and Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce [“LSSI”].

Purchase procedure

The customer can acquire the products shown in the website catalog available at the time of the order as described in the information sheets. The images of the products are only for illustrative purposes, they can differ in size, color or accessories of the real image of the product, due to the Internet browser or the monitor used.

To complete the purchase process on our website, the customer must be registered with a username and a valid email address according to the instructions provided on the anhem.studio site during the registration phase.

Once the order is confirmed on the website, an email will be sent with the general summary of the order to the email address provided by the customer. In addition, the confirmation message will also indicate the date of receipt of the order and the order number, which will be used in any subsequent communication related to the order itself. If the confirmation of an order does not arrive within 24 hours after its formalization, the client can contact us to receive assistance by calling the +34 686 546 474 or sending an email to anhem@anhem.es.

If for some reason the order cannot be accepted, ANHEM undertakes to notify the client as soon as possible, always by sending a message to the email address provided by the client. The prices shown in euros on the website are public sales prices with VAT included and the rate in force on the date of the order for Spain. As for products, offers and promotions, ANHEM reserves the right to establish any amount and/or maximum period, including a calendar, and notify the customer.

Payment methods

The user undertakes to pay at the time of ordering through the means of payment accepted by ANHEM. ANHEM will only accept payments made by credit or debit card [Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, or Amex]; by PayPal; and by Klarna.

To provide maximum security to the payment system, ANHEM uses safe payment systems of leading financial institutions in electronic commerce. In this sense, the confidential payment data is transmitted directly and encrypted [SSL] to the corresponding financial institution. For payment with Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards, ANHEM only accepts CES [Safe Electronic Commerce] transactions with the 3D Secure International Protocol distinguished by the Verified By Visa emblems, MasterCard Secure Code and American Express Safe Key. Safe electronic commerce is an initiative whose basic principle is to guarantee security in Internet transactions. When paying through the safe payment catwalk, the system will automatically verify that the credit card is activated for safe electronic commerce. Next, it will connect with the issuing bank, which will request that you authorize the operation through a personal authentication code. The operation will only be carried out if the bank that issued the credit card confirms the authentication code. Otherwise, the transaction will be rejected.

All payment will entail the issuance of an invoice in the user's name. The invoice will be sent to the email address provided by the user and/or will be delivered together with the acquired product.

Credit in the store and discounts

To redeem a discount code or a credit in the store, the client must enter their code in the "Promotion Code" box during the purchase process on the website. The codes distinguish between upper and lower case and must always be entered exactly as they appear. You can only use a supply code per order.

Discount codes and stores in the store cannot be combined with other promotions or gifts, nor can they be used with articles already discounted.

Credit in the store, discounts and other online promotions will only be applicable to the web.

Delivery and shipping

ANHEM can accept orders for delivery worldwide. Delivery times are provided only as a guide and do not consider possible delays caused by the payment authorization and/or the availability of stock and/or customs delays. The cost of each shipment will be automatically calculated and will be detailed at the time of confirming the purchase to always be approved by the customer before confirming the payment. Excluding any problem related to the availability of the requested products, the order compliance process will be carried out by ANHEM soon after receiving the payment, on working days [excluded days: Saturdays, Sundays and holidays]. ANHEM will also promptly communicate any holiday closing period when no shipment is made.

In case of delay in an order, ANHEM undertakes to notify the client immediately, through the media available. In no case may anhem be considered responsible in case of delay in the fulfillment of the order or in case of delay in the delivery of the order. The delivery of the order is at the street level. At the time of delivery by the messenger or an authorized person, the client must verify:

  • Number of packages: that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the order form;

  • Integrity of the packaging: that the external appearance of the packaging is intact, without damage and/or alterations, including sealing materials, such as the adhesive flap of the envelopes or the adhesive tape to close the boxes.

  • Any damage, alteration or lack of conformity of the packages must be immediately informed to the delivery personnel before signing the receipt by the client. In fact, once the client has signed the delivery document [either on paper or electronic], he can no longer make any objection on the external aspect of the merchandise. In case of any problem about the integrity, conformity or completeness of the merchandise received, the client must send a report to ANHEM within 3 days following the delivery date, in accordance with these reported provisions in the general conditions.

In case of not collecting the order, due to the repeated impossibility of delivery to the address provided by the client when ordering, it will be canceled without prior notice.

The client will always be responsible for customs rights. Upon reaching the country of destination, orders may be subject to rights and taxes billed by the Customs Department of the country of destination. The recipient must assume all or any additional position for the Customs Office and, in general, for fiscal rights. ANHEM is not responsible and has no control over additional charges or delays due to customs office and cannot predict what they can be. Therefore, taxes and rights will not be shown on the cart for orders to countries outside the EU.

Returns

You can return within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. Articles must be returned in perfect condition, in their original box or packaging, retaining the label and with all accessories. If the product is not returned in perfect condition, ANHEM will not accept it and the customer must schedule a collection assuming the shipping costs.

The reimbursement will never include the return costs of the return, these will be deducted from the reimbursement: Spain: € 10; Europe: € 20; Rest of the world: € 30. On the other hand, returns for credit in the store are always free.

Products

The products described on the website are only for personal use. Customers cannot sell or resell these products. We reserve the right, with or without prior notice, to cancel or reduce the amount of products to be delivered to the customer when, to our exclusive criteria, it is in breach of these terms and conditions.

ANHEM has tried to show the colors of the products as close to the possible reality. However, the color of the products that appear on the screen may be subject to variations depending on the quality of the screen of your device. In this sense, ANHEM cannot guarantee that the colors that appear on their screen are faithful to reality.

Data protection

During the purchase process, certain personal data will be requested. All boxes that include the asterisk symbol [*] are mandatory fields to provide personal data.

ANHEM guarantees full and full compliance with the obligations provided by Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, as well as those provided in its Development Regulations, approved by Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21 and other applicable regulations. For this purpose, ANHEM will adopt the necessary technical measures to avoid the unauthorized alteration, loss or treatment of the personal data that you provide, taking into account the limitations of the Internet, and cannot guarantee the absolute impregnability of the Internet.

The personal data you provide will be included in an ANHEM owned file to manage the online purchase of the products offered on the website and to send you products, by any means of communication.
