Refund policy
Returns
You can make a return within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. Items must be returned in perfect condition, in their original box or packaging, preserving the label and with all accessories. If the product is not returned in perfect condition, Anhem will not accept it and the customer must schedule a pickup at the expense of shipping costs.

The refund will not include return shipping costs, which will be the responsibility of the customer.
For order issues such as damage, defective products, incorrect items or missed delivery, please contact us at anhem@anhem.es.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a customer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, without having to justify the reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us through our withdrawal form or by contacting us at anhem@anhem.es before said period expires.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging with all labels.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply to:
- Products made to order or personalized
- Products altered or modified at customer request
- Items not eligible for return for reasons of hygiene or product integrity
Unless applicable law provides otherwise, return costs will be borne by the customer.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the corresponding refund will be made using the original payment method.
