Refund policy

Returns

You can return within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. Articles must be returned in perfect condition, in their original box or packaging, retaining the label and with all accessories. If the product is not returned in perfect condition, ANHEM will not accept it and the customer must schedule a collection assuming the shipping costs.

The refund will not include the return costs of the return, which will be in charge of the client.
